Delete your Alice account
- Open Alice.
- Open You → Alice account.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
This permanently deletes your Alice authentication account, server profile, usage records, submitted reply reports, queued API work, and Alice’s RevenueCat customer record. Local app data can be removed separately through Android Settings → Apps → Alice → Storage → Clear storage.
Deleting your account also deletes any unused Quanta. Purchase records are kept without your account ID for accounting.
If you cannot open the app, email privacy@databites.ca from the address connected to the account. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting it.
